My two cents worth. The band's original lineup made some great music but Peter Banks wasn't Steve Howe. Bill Bruford is a phenomenal drummer but Alan White, while a bit more of a rocker, fit seamlessly into the band. With the addition of Rick Wakeman, IMHO, the premier Yes lineup was set. I did see the band live, back in the mid-seventies with Pat Moraz on boards and the difference was notable but they were still incredible. Big Bear, Jon is out on tour according to his website with three dates left to play. Two in the UK and one in Bratislava.

The only thing I could find on the internet was a Steve Howe signiture Gibson ES 175 semi solid body electric..But he may have a line of acoustics out there...When Yes was on tour 1982 in Baton Rouge(In the Round) I think he was playing a ES175 I really can't be sure..We didn't have good seat...
@BigBear, I'll go one step further and say that Yes isn't Yes without Anderson, Howe and Squire. I think that Chris Squire's melodic bass playing is integral to the Yes sound.
